Will I be charged when I sign up?
No. Preparing and submitting your profile is free. Once approved, choose Activate for £30/month in your dashboard and complete Stripe checkout. It renews monthly until cancelled. No VAT is added.
Does a listing guarantee enquiries or work?
No. A listing gives you an advertising profile and directory visibility. Traffic, rankings, leads, jobs, income and area exclusivity are not guaranteed.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Open Manage billing in your dashboard and cancel renewal through Stripe. Your paid profile remains active until the end of the paid period. Basic directory records compiled from public sources may remain; contact us if you want those removed too.
Can I update my listing?
Yes. Edit and submit changes through your dashboard. Updates and claims are reviewed before the public profile changes.
What is not included?
Website design, paid ad campaigns, call answering, background checks, guaranteed leads and priority placement are not included.
